Idaho National Laboratory (INL)
10/15/17
Grants to Idaho nonprofit organizations for charitable efforts in the areas of environment, arts and culture, civic affairs, disadvantaged youth, and health and human services. Priority will be given to nonprofits working to meet the basic needs of children, the underprivileged, and diverse populations.
In addition to funding, when INL equipment and property are upgraded, items may become available for donation through the surplus property program.
GrantWatch ID#: 181293
Recipients must be an official 501(c)3 organization.
INL gives added consideration to requests from organizations in which its employees actively participate. Requests are discouraged that duplicate existing services and programs.
The INL Community Giving program does not fund political or religious organizations, emergency response funding, courtesy advertisements, athletic programs or events, individuals, contests, or extracurricular school activities. For agencies that provide services to children in need, preferential support is given to local or regional organizations.
To initiate a request for donation, applicants should complete an INL Request for Donation application (attached below) and submit it by October 15 for consideration for the upcoming year.
A review is conducted of all applications and funding determinations will be made by an executive committee by December 15. All successful and unsuccessful requestors will be notified thereafter of the determination.
Before starting your grant application, please review the funding source's website listed below for updates/changes/addendums/conferences/LOIs.
