Grant of $10,000 to an Idaho nonprofit or community organization or public agency in eligible locations for a wide range of projects that address social services and basic needs. Grant funds may be used to support special projects or for general operations. Eligible applicants are located in the Bonner County area.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit organizations, public agencies or community organizations in the Bonner County area that provide community services are eligible.

Criteria for Grantee Selection:
‚Äč- Has 501c3 status or operating under a bonafide fiduciary agent or proven fiscal responsibility
- Has a focused and well thought out project plan or use of funds offered with measurable outcomes expected
- Has a sustainability plan, if appropriate
- Leadership is proven and staff and expertise needed are in place or identified and available
- Is a local Bonner County organization or benefits the local community. All funds awarded must remain in Bonner County
- Has completed all the required steps in a timely manner
- Has demonstrated a compelling need for the services/project to be funded and what would the consequence be if not funded
- Presents a budget for the project
- Successfully articulated the reasons to support their project/organization

- Applicants representing political or religious organizations/projects need not apply.
- Previous grant recipients are eligible to reapply after 4 full grant cycles have elapsed; grant finalists (those who presented at an event) must wait for 2 full grant cycles for eligibility.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications for the 2021 Spring Grant Cycle are due Monday, April 12th at 5pm.

Three finalists will be selected by the grant committee to present their project and needs to the membership via Zoom during the week of May 22-30.
