THE STANLEY-SAWTOOTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WAS ORGANIZED: (A) TO PROMOTE THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC INTERESTS OF STANLEY AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY; (B) TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE TOURISM THROUGHOUT THE AREA; (C) TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE AREA; (D) TO ASSIST IN THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES AND WILDLIFE; (E) TO COOPERATE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES IN HELPING TO MAKE THIS A PRIME AREA OF PLEASURE AND ENJOYMENT FOR ITS CITIZENS AND SEASONAL VISITORS.
