THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE JEKER FAMILY TRUST IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO LOCAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND, PURSUANT TO A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE IRS, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO AREA STUDENTS. IN CARRYING OUT ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE, THE JEKER FAMILY TRUST WILL: (1) PROVIDE FINANCIAL GRANTS TO OTHER SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS; AND (2) PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO MEET PRE-ESTABLISHED CRITERIA AND COMPLETE THE IRS-APPROVED APPLICATION.
